MADE TO ORDER DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Upon placing your order, we provide an approximate delivery timeframe date for orders when you receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur due to supply chain delays. We accept no fault or liability for any losses you may incur due to a delay. If you have any further questions regarding delivery please contact info@scfemme.com
LOCAL SHIPPING
When your order is ready to ship, we ship using DHL chosen at our discretion for all orders within Australia. All shipments should have a DHL Tracking number. For standard shipping of items in stock please allow 4-6 working days for your order to arrive.
We charge a flat rate of AUD$15.00 for all local standard shipping and amended time to time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When your order is ready to ship, we ship internationally using DHL chosen at our discretion for all orders outside Australia. All shipments should have a DHL Tracking number. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.
We charge a flat rate of AUD$20.00 for all international shipping as amended from time to time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At SC Femme, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and fit. As our shoes are made to order, we are happy to provide you with an online gift voucher only when:
- A Return Authorisation number (RA) is requested within 7 days of receiving your order. This can be requested by emailing info@scfemme.com
- Items are returned in original condition (unworn, without scuff marks, and in original packaging & box).
In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, SC Femme reserves the right to not approve your return request.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods. The goods remain the customers property until received at the SC Femme HQ. Please contact info@scfemme.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping.
