Where are our products made?
Our products are made in Italy. Renowned for its history of craftmanship and quality leather and responsible workplace conditions. Your purchase ensures you are supporting a respective trade to continue in what they do best.

How long will my order take?
If your size and style is not in stock it will take approx. 8 weeks + postage time.
This is an approx. timeframe at this time. Please note there may be disruptions occuring in the Global supply chain which may result in some delays. We understand you may be use to a quick turnaround, however by using made to order, you are effectively minimising unused stock and contributing to a slower more sustainable footwear future.
However, there will be limited stock available from time to time and this will be shown on the website. For special occasions, please order well in advance. 

If in stock what postage is used
Domestic postage with DHL - allow up to 4 to 6 working days.
International postage with DHL takes between 5 and 10 working days.
Please note postage transit delays are outside of our control and your patience is appreciated.

What shipping provider do you use?
We use DHL for all local (Australia) and international orders.

Can I customise my order?
At the moment only the colours on the website are available for order.
If you wish to custom order in a different available colour, please contact info@scfemme.com for details or organise a private appointment if you are located in Sydney metro area.

Can I return my item if I am unhappy?
We accept return for gift voucher only, this is due to our sandals being made to order. Refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
If the size or style is not right, you can use your gift voucher to order another size or style.

How do I return for gift voucher?
Contact info@scfemme.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, complete the opposite side of the return form provided and include with your delivery. 

Upon return, you will be issued with a confirmation of gift voucher once the items are inspected and in re-sellable condition.
Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

Do you pay international taxes? 
Yes, all taxes and import duties outside of Australia are the responsibility of the seller.
